Human life has changed very fast in last 80-100 years. If you see it took thousands of years for human to reach from monkey to today's look. And during these steps he got sufficient time to adopt changes through genes. So stress, tension didn't take place earlier. But human has reached sky, invented many new machines, Computers. Life Style has changed tremendously. And here is the loop. Human didn't get time for make adoption through genes because its very long process. You might think why this topic is being discussed here. Of course, Yes! Because the fat gathering in our body is product of disturbance in our digestion system and ultimately root is stress, pressure and our life style.






If you really want to reduce fat and increase health. And you are really so cautious about health but till not getting time for exercise. Don't worry here are some basics which will definitely work in getting your flat tummy back.


I wont give you advice of any diet. Instead of that I will say eat much healthy stay fit. For that you have to improve your digestive system.
Means what ever you will eat must suit your body that's all.

1. WAKE UP EARLY:




 This is key of all positive thoughts. When we wake up before sun rises it gives positive energy which is very useful for your piece of mind and success.
It is natural source of +ve energy. At least wake up at 6 am daily and see the results. It's simply as I have not advised you for wake up at 4 am. Healthy Mind for Healthy Body.


2. HEALTHY BREAKFAST LIKE PRINCE:





Don't believe in eating less. Say good bye to all worries. Drink glass of water before eating anything. Eat like rich like prince. Just I can say avoid Oily & Salty food. If you can add fruits then well and good. Physical Health for Mental Health.


3. A KING SIZE MEAL:



Don't forget to have glass of water before lunch. Again have heavy meal. Means eat like King. King size meal. After lunch you are free to add fruits. Meal should not be oily & Salty as told earlier. The Dish should be balanced. Power for work / duties towards yourself and family.  


4DRINK WATER ON LARGE SCALE DURING DAY:









You might have got an idea how water is Important in our life. Above image is self explanatory. Water plays most vital role in our health. It brings freshness on your face. Your face occupies 10 % of your body but it presents 90% about you. That's not all water is essential for your internal system cleaning. Improves blood circulation system in entire body including brain which contains 75% of water.

Why to waste calories in doing exercise rather than do your own jobs. You may use stare case instead of lift, walk some distance rather than using vehicle, watering plants or doing household / office work at your own.

When you get angry if harms your entire body. Don't forget anger kills. Anger is your enemy and you must fix this thing in your mind. Be cool in all situations. Angry mind can't think about solutions it blocks all thoughts.
So remain calm in worst situation also. Vegetarian diet is highly recommended. What we eat reflects in our personality. 

  There is relation between anger and various ailments of human body. Human is born as purely pleasure loving animals. Shocking to know that Human are intellectual animals, meaning that they are governed by intelligence but they aren't ! People are full of feeling of anger that manifests itself in direct or indirect ways. During angry we looses our digestive system and Fat remains in our body.


7SLEEP BEFORE 11PM DAILY (Fix time table for healthy-long life) : 

We should not behave rudely with our health. If we not take care of our heath who else will ? Please follow natural rules. I know now days due to duties and work system some people cant sleep at night. If you are among them don't worry just follow all other simple steps you will surely win the battle.




Have a sound sleep. If anybody having problem in sleeping well those can close eyes and start counting. First reverse counting, then reverse counting with omitting 1 alternate number. Till you can't sleep repeat this omitting 2 numbers, then 3 numbers next round & so on....
In this process you will be in sound sleep unknowingly & also improve your brain power.
