Looking Beautiful & Younger is not only limited to females. All human haveing attraction of looking younger and live healthy long life. Antti aging drugs, Cosmetics etc words are now often being used. Here are some simple steps which will help you to take age off of your appearance. 
  
I] Positive Attitude 

Positive attitude is the main factor behind every success & miracle.
It's very easy to keep positive attitude. You just start with self motivational quote, " I am unique & born to win. God believes in my capabilities that's why there are many obstacles in may path."

II] Body Exercise

Daily exercise improves blood circulations in our body and we feel enthusiastic. Exercise is essential for Mental as well as Physical health. 
Exercise reduces depression & heart attack chances. Increases stamina & strength. You skin start look glowing.

III] Massage / Skin Oil balancing

Massage gives glory to our body. Dry skin prone wrinkles & look old. So always try to trap moisture in your skin. Give proper face and skin massage. Avoid pimples, oily food. Though sunlight is good for glowing skin, produces vitamin 'D' but it should be in right amount. Large amount of sunlight / Ultra Violate rays can damage your skin, and vitamin 'B'.

IV] Proper Diet

Vitamin 'C' is useful for fighting against skin wrinkles. Vitamin 'E' helps in maintaing & rebuild elasticity. A well planned, balanced diet helps to stay healthy with keeping calorie count down. 1200 calorie diat is very popular concept when diet word comes.

V] Weight Management

Hare are main factor in your personality / look. Silky, long & black hair gives beauty to your face. If you are suffering from Hair loss be noted that there is poor blood circulation in roots. Excess oil is also major cause. Many times Stress and Illness are also causes for Hair Damage. Do exercise, avoid tea coffee, alcohol, and fast food.
